I'm no civil rights attorney, but what about suing the NCAA/power conferences on the grounds the system discriminates against racial minorities in general? For example, could there be an argument that racial minority students are less likely to be admitted/attend schools in power conferences. There is a huge financial benefit to being in a power conference, and for winning a national championship. Non-powerful 5 schools, which more racial minority students attend, are basically ineligible for that benefit. That disparately impacting racia minorities and is unlawful discrimination?
