He'd probably like to expand his experience out of state--unless he has family in Utah and proximity is a big deal for them.

And if he a head coaching job is his ultimate goal, that probably outweighs the desire to get experience elsewhere.

I think he'd prefer a bigger job obviously but Asst HC at BYU isn't a high
