Pre Targeting calls, Utah's offense scored 7 points. (TD was on a passing play)

Post Targeting calls, Utah's offense scored 6 points. Troy Williams was 4-6 for 25 yards. Not exactly attacking the secondary.

Doesn't really fit your narrative.
