I am not sure how simply I can put it. The referee was Brad Van Ark. That is indisputable. He is a Big 12 official. Gene Semko was the Side Judge. Big 12 official. Linesman George Gusman. Big 12 official etc. Michael Cooper, Frank Leblanc. It is simple to look those names up and see they are Big 12 officials, not PAC 12.

These are the names on the actual box score. How can you dispute the actual box score?
