These are cards to help the defensive. They're educated guesses from the defensive coaches in the booth based on opponent's formation, personnel, and tendencies. For example, they would hold up the Draw/Screen on 3rd & long when an opponent is deep in their own territory. Another one they have is Hard Count, that they hold up on 3rd & <5 to remind the DL not to jump.
