My wife thinks it was jet lag. We are on an anniversary trip to Europe and with the extreme time change, she believes it just was my body reacting poorly. A couple rounds of British heart burn medicine and Tylenol later, and we are good. I'm glad it was nothing more, but it was seriously the worst experience of my life for pain, and I've done my share of stupid things. I did have the thought that I'm glad I'm not a woman because I bet child birth is way worse than that.
