RE: Running my first Spartan race tomorrow. Any tips from those who have run one?
1- make sure your shoes are tied in super tight, lots of people lose shoes in the mud.
2- pace yourself
3- plan to get muddy and wet. Basically all up and down they rarely have any flat ground
4- lots of walls to climb
5- have fun and don't get hurt, anyone could finish one though so enjoy yourself.
