Millennials are ok. But there is a sense of "get rich quick" that I find among
many of them, that hinders their ability to just hunker down and work. Get experience. Build networks. Grow.
There seems to be this weird idea that they're going to build the next Google by next week, cash out and travel the world.
Nothing wrong with trying that, I guess. Would just like to see more patience and an appreciation for work.
