BYU, when you're coming from behind. Those would have to be some amazing seasons from those guys at the beginning of the season. And that's not likely at all so it's not worth considering.

What kills BYU is that the schedule completely dies off for a huge stretch to end the season. It's garbage. Meanwhile, everyone else is playing conference opponents and making noise. BYU likely won't be taken seriously enough even if they're winning around that time. They'll have a good ranking but not as high as they deserve because they'll have had to come from behind. It's always harder that way.

Take what we expect and then temper it. We're talking about BYU who is beginning the season unranked. It's tougher than it seems in our heads.

If we're talking pretend dream world like most of the thread, then ok. Different story.
