any sick or personal time is expected to be tracked and made up but supposedly it's not really tracked unless you go over 40 hours.

I feel like this is really good. You get a 4th week of vacation at 15 years.

I left this and went to GE (for 6 months) and they did permissive time off but in reality it meant you didn't get time off without feeling like a slacker or feeling guilty. And they lied and told me they got every other friday off... they did not.
