I only take 4 weeks because I'm not a pig but I get 6.
I can also work from just about anywhere, including the beach if I want to.
This isn't a humblebrag at all. It's straight bragging. This flexibility has kept me with my current employer for a decade because it's hard to find another job with that kind of benefit. If they took it away I would probably leave.
