I started using the Lose It app last week. My lunch today consists of
5 ounces smoked turkey breast--152 calories
4 ounces brussel sprouts--61 calories
3 ounces raw baby carrots--35 ounces

For a total of 248 calories, this is a lot of food.

Turkey breast is a great low-calorie protein for the serving size. I'm going to smoke 3 or 4 turkey breasts this weekend and put in pre-packaged 5 ounce vacuum sealed bags that I can pull out of the freezer the night before.
