I'm in charge of the finances (because she has absolutely no desire to be involved in our finances). She has no idea how much we have in our accounts, etc. I notice everything she buys since I review everything weekly, but she'd have no idea if I had made a large purchase.

But I'm a cheapskate and rarely spend any money on myself so she also never had to worry bout me buying something extravagant.
