I hope he will also. Not sure how soon it will take to get back to high D-1
conditioning (not just cardio, but muscles, joints etc) but once he does, I believe he is the only one of the current candidate bigs (Yoeli excluded) to give us a Mika like performance rebounding and playing D. I don't believe he will ever have the aggressiveness (or skills ?) to play like Mika on offense but if he is in condition enough to run the floor he could still get several looks a game to finish on the break, and a couple more picking up offensive rebounds w/putbacks. Let's face it, this staff has had a lot more success playing a guard-oriented offense, than they have playing an offense that relies on throwing it inside to a big first. So we don't need the same kind of offensive production from the 5 that we got with Mika. I think when they need to go inside first, Yoeli will be a great first option and mismatch for most defenses.
