Agreed. Obviously the original design of bldg intended it as such. No urinals
It was probably always supposed to be 2 mens and 2 womens restrooms (thus stalls only in one BR).
This should not even be a controversy.
Also, i can't imagine many women want anything to do with the sounds and smells in our mens room at the office. If they want, I say come on in!
