You think it will take him a year or two after hundreds of hours of practice he will be able to handle filling a gap and
not moving on run plays? And then once he has picked that up they might spend hundreds of more hours helping him learn a pass rush or two?
What specifically do you know about him that make you think he wouldn't be able to do what the other guys do?
