Way too late. It took Wisky, ND and UW man handling BYU in the trenches before Bronco acknowledged BYU needed to be more physical up front. By then you need 3-4 years of emphasis to start building quality depth and talent.

I think the choice to GFGH cost them games when they needed to simply grind the clock out and couldn't generate enough of a run game.
