None of us know what really happened, and I hope FB tells his side of the story, but before condemning him for being unloyal, we can't assume he wasn't hosed over. The HC office can be arbitrary and capricious on occasion, speaking from personal experience... which is what you would expect from most human-run institutions that play judge, jury and executioner without a check on its power.

Maybe FB feels so lousy about it he needs to take some space and heal. Maybe he is too triggered. I wish him the best. It's a shame if we lost him. Completely avoidable.
