If they've gone through training camp, then want to transfer just a few weeks...
...before the game?
Simple common sense says it is strategically and tactically STUPID to let a player do that.
What, you're going hold closed practices, use signals, and do everything you can to prevent opponents from scouting your team, and then you're going to send them a player who's been studying and practicing the game plan and everything you do a few weeks before the game? Are you kidding me???
Immediately following a mission is usually a completely different situation. In that instance the player hasn't practiced or game planned for that season's game?
