Wilcox struggled in every game he played and was later benched in favor of Dayan. He was beat at Utah and WV too. Why Wilcox was playing ahead of Dayan, Shelton, and Mcchesney I don't know? The coaches did finally realize he was playing poorly and benched him.

I don't blame Wilcox. As a true freshman he was thrown into the fire and spit out. I hope he's a lot better this year with the off season work, but time will tell. I just don't assume he'll be good like most of you. I've got to see it first as the coaches made a mistake in playing him last year.
