So, a rub play gets him, and a questionable OOB hit for a penalty is the sum of your total argument?
On the TD, he went with his receiver as did the other DB, they were in man, not zone, so he got caught by the rub off.
in the other event, he was already committed to the tackle before the player stepped out, there was no way to pull back, and there was no intent to harm. The ref was flag happy.
