Everyone believes either it's the talent or the coaching. We need to agree which it is if we're going to fix it. This isn't the government where we just throw money at something hoping it will fix it. You need to identify the issue before you can fix it.
Based upon the data and seeing other teams do better offensively with less talent against ranked teams I would say it is the coaching. Nobody has yet to explain how FCS teams do better offensively vs LSU and Utah or USU and Western Michigan did better offensively against Wisconsin than BYU except it is coaching because we definitely have better talent.
