5 Conferences. 1 Premier (12 teams) & 4 Regional
-Use a rolling 4 year evaluation to determine which teams get in the premier conference
-If a team wins one of the regional conferences they get an auto invite for the Premier conference the next year
-All of the G5 CFP money goes to the Premier conference members (incentivizing schools to invest in their own programs)
-Premier conference would be able to negotiate a better TV deal
-Because the Premier conference is only made up of quality teams, there is a nice SOS boost
-Between CFP money, TV money, bowl tie-ins, etc. Premier conference members' payout would be in the $15-20 million range (at least putting them in the same stratosphere as the P5s)
