99.09% of statistics misrepresent the conclusion actually drawn

Of course 99.09% of people who think they have CTE do in fact have CTE. In other news, 99.09%+ of people diagnosed with Alzheimer's actually do have Alzheimer's. neither of those statistics have anything to do with the probability of getting CTE from playing football.
