I guess what I'm saying is giving the engagement by the PSU board and the circumstances of Paterno's death during the investigation, and the report still yielding pretty damning discoveries I think acknowledges that Paterno supported, at a minimal, a willful disregard of what was happening or any desire to protect children that were directly or indirectly accessed due to the stature of the football program
