Love Ty. Wish him nothing but the best. But coaches need to be held accountable too. I’m in sales and I use a different approach than most. And I understand the need for time to implement a new approach. But if I’m dead last in my profession there’s no way I keep my job. A middle of the pack offense is understandable. Being dead last in the nation just doesn’t merit keeping your job, when combined with the offensive struggles from last season.
