and fair weather ones, is that the true fans come even if we lose every game. Do I want to win every game? HECK YES! Duh, I'm a fan! What fan wants to lose? None! What fans want to see less than stellar playing? None. BUT if they are loyal and truly support their team-they will watch it anyway. They will keep watching and cheering until we do start winning again.
The day I stop supporting Byu football is either because I die, or the sport itself no longer entertains me. It will never ever be due to Byu losing.

The fans that abandon the team aren't doing so just because they want to win. They are doing so because they are afraid to see losses, and their pride is hurt because somehow Byu losing is personal. Waaaah. Teams lose. Teams suck sometimes. Suck it up buttercups! Bless their hearts... (for those of you unfamiliar with that-its a sarcastic way in the south to say "how pathetic"-to put it nicely 😂
