BYU could benefit by some decent late season games against the likes of Houston, Memphis, UCF, Cincinnati, SMU, etc. And, add BYU to some of the AAC bowls, as long as we are within one win of the next available AAC team. AAC already has an affiliation with the Hawaii and Armed Forces bowls. Add one other western bowl to which BYU could be eligible, such as Las Vegas, Foster Farms, or Cactus Bowl. That would be an improvement over the status quo, where we are either homeless or tied to a pre-determined lower bowl.
