You can manage the risk playing football. You can teach your kid proper technique and make sure that
he is strong enough play. All I'm saying is to not allow your kid from doing something, that they have an interest in doing, is not smart. This will lead them to resent you. I could understand if it wasn't a wholesome activity or an activity that had zero benefit.
