I think Ty is in way over his head and won't ever become a great college OC.
That said, I think he should get 3 seasons. Unfortunately sucking for more than 3 seasons is just too big a hole to dig out of.
For fans who think it's nuts to get rid of Detmer after 3 seasons they may need to be reminded that Dolan was fired after two seasons and if memory serves his offense was better then Ty's. Hahahaha, Doman's "nitro" offense.
