Is there no one who thinks this guy may just be a Ute troll, here to pile it on
after we lost three big flip recruits to them in the last 2 weeks? His post is so over the top, and contrary to what almost everyone else has been saying, not to mention that his info is 100% unsubstantiated (trust me, I know his dad???), that I don't know why anyone would consider this post legitimate. That is, apart from the obvious fact that the team is playing poorly enough, that I wouldn't be surprised to see any recruit weighing their options.

But, history shows that a QB who is bonified NFL material does not need to go to Alabama or other big name programs to get drafted. That may not be as true of all positions, but a QB has just as good of a chance at being drafted coming out of BYU as he does coming out of Alabama, OSU, Oklahoma, or other big name programs, especially with BYU's substantiated QB past history. In fact, there are a lot of QB's that have come out of FCS schools (Joe Flacco, Carson Wentz, Josh McCown currently) to prove that QB's don't need to sign with a big name program to realize their NFL aspirations. In fact, it may be less likely for them to succeed at a big time program. Many a potential great QB has ridden the pine at big time programs, competing against other 5 star QB's, and never getting enough PT to display their talents, and garner any draft buzz. Just look at how many QB's from Tanner Mangum's class either transferred to another school, or switched positions to get PT - it amounted to 23 out of 26 QB's from that year ended up in different locales or positions.
