How do we prevent the next generation of Cosbys, Weinsteins, and the like?
I've been thinking more about the topic of systemic sexual abuse/harassment, and I was especially disturbed reading this article about the Team USA doctor who spent years abusing young gymnasts:

http://www.sltrib.com/news/nation-world/2017/10/18/mckayla-maroney-says-usa-gymnastics-team-doctor-began-molesting-her-at-the-age-of-13/

It seems the abusers in these cases usually hold some kind of power over the victims that makes the victims feel that they can't fight back. What could we do as a society to empower those who feel powerless? And how do we disempower those who currently feel confident abusing their status? Where do changes need to take place, and what would those changes look like?
