Holmoe should be the first to go. He set up independence, he set the schedule,
he choose the head coach (that had no previous head coaching experience), he selected the OC (who also had no D-1 coaching experience) and he has failed to get this team into a conference which has forced them to play over their heads. All the while he claims this is a P-5 program but it has not only failed to rise to a P-5 level, it has fallen after having been beaten down and overwhelmed.
Time for new leadership...or maybe just SOME leadership.
