In the intro, Harmon takes a direct, harsh tone against those calling for firings, calling them "dumb." Then, in a couple of sections of the article, he states that it is completely rational and understandable that people would be frustrated and wanting change in the coaching ranks. I guess those who are angry and want coaching changes are rational and normal, but also stupid and dumb. I think he wrote the article over lunch after reading Cougarboard this morning.
