in the event there is an emergency such as we are now experiencing. Personnel should be moved up or down or fired and replaced with alternatives. This should have been planned out as soon as we sunk to 1-5 and should have been implemented when we hit 1-6. The ones that should have been doing the planning are the head coach and the athletic director.
