Look over the games and see which bump up adjusted QBR from raw QBR.
Nebraska - Bowl game winner over UCLA, beat #7 Michigan St., in every game they played.
Boise St, UCLA, Michigan, UConn, Missouri, Utah St, Utah - all better than average pass defenses. In 5/7 he performed better than the average QB - a pretty consistent record.
Do you have any stats that back up your assumptions?
