Yeah. Still surprised because Tolkien estate has held tightly

to the rights to The Silmarillion. There's no word in that report if their deal with Amazon includes rights to part or all of The Silmarillion. Maybe they feel like a TV show made by a book seller will treat the story the way they feel it should be treated.
