One bad football season in his tenure. W Soccer, W Volleyball, XC and baseball have had many consecutive strong years. Basketball has underperformed lately, but experienced it's all-time high during his tenure. 

He's raised money for major facility upgrades for basketball and swimming.

And independence was the backup plan. He's put together great schedules that would keep us nationally relevant with good performance. 

He has done a GREAT job, he just now needs to make the hard decision and protect that reputation by cleaning house in the football program.
