Additionally, this coaching staff went 9-4 last year. This year has been a disaster, but by all accounts, this was the right call at the time. This season is absolutely unacceptable, but that's not on Holmoe. If he keeps this staff in place with no changes and we get the same results next year, then that will be on Holmoe.
