He is calling games well - he can only call the games, he isn't the one overthrowing wide open receivers, missing blocking assignments and running incorrect/lazy routes.

Just because he isn't animated on the sidelines and yelling at the kids doesn't mean he isn't passionate or a good coach.

The talent level on this team, and the effort these kids are giving is lackluster - period. Maybe Bronco had a thing going with the whole "grit" kid, the kid with no talent but hustled his rear end off; I always knocked Bronco for wanting to start those kids over more talented kids, but at least those kids are giving everything they have each play.
