I know what you are saying but if you report abuse and post the links I would think it would cross the rules line.
I am not a mod so I don't know, but I assume if someone reports harassment and provides 5 or so links. The mods will respond.
I guess people feel it is an issue but it seems like report abuse is the easiest route in all of this. Just provide the evidence and be done with it.
