No but he's then able to learn in a way that doesn't tarnish his brand
Any other P5 school he'd be gone by now.. then his stock goes down for another gig. At least by learning under someone else, he's gaining knowledge while not tarnishing his brand

This is why someone with actual coaching experience should have advised Ty to not take on an OC role right out of HS
