Interesting how people on the board are so critical, most of whom have never coached football before and many of whom have never even played football beyond the highschool level. I remember how the board lit up and was so excited when Detmer was coming back. I remember how often I read or heard "Ty Freaken Detmer is coming back".  How quick the mind seems to be able to change. One bad year and someone we have had a sense of appreciation and admiration towards for over 25 years is now someone that knows very little about how to call plays.  Are we only fans when the team is winning?

When you make a post do you remember there is a person behind that post whom that will greatly affect? Do you think about his family? Maybe you have had great efficiency in your work and have never not met expectations of those who hired you. If that is the case that is wonderful. But maybe a little kindness is warranted here.  What ever will be will be. But conisder some kindness.

I personally support Kalani and Ty and believe they will get things figured out and that next season will be a completely different experience.  Maybe some changes need to be made but give them a chance to make the changes.
