isn't his grandpa the one who sued the church and won a bunch of money?
some church leaders were letting kids hang on the bumpers (we called it buzzing) after a snowstorm, and one of the cooper kids broke his arm or something and sued the church because it happened during a YM activity. He won a bunch of money and built a big brick home in Lehi.
