I teach technique, I have an offense, defense and I even evaluate good players. I am good. My point guard last week decided that dribbling into a double team was a good idea and he did it over and over until I replaced him and we lost by a few points. If I can’t get execution on the floor what am I not doing as a coach? What is the most troubling is in practice the offense looks really smooth. Lack of execution = 100% coaching perhaps there is a panic factor playing into it.
