What the heck does TH have to do with Jimmer? He doesn't recruit.

I asked for examples of where he has moved the program forward. Still don't see any other than getting the basketball practice facility built.

You listed Jimmer, Beck, Hall. Not quite the remit of the AD.

It is well known that he doesn't allow the HC the autonomy he needs or wants to build a program (both with Bronco and KS). He is also not known to be willing to provide the levels of support that the HC wants/needs in a variety of ways. 

He is part of the team that put BYU into Independance, and twice has failed to get us into the B12. Surely not all on him, but he was the guiding force behind this.

He is known to value booster imput more than football/basketball expert imput.

He has not put the fire to KS and the current culture within in the football team. It is not the hardworking, accountable group that it was under Bronco. Why? partly because TH felt a need to go in the complete opposite direction from what Bronco created and the results are 3-9... Not all TH fault for sure, but again he is the AD and so he is in the end accountable.

We need a strong leader who demands excellence. I don't see that in TH.
