Rose, the winningest coach in BYU history. Much has changed in college sports in the last 15 years. It's not the coaching, it's the horses or lack thereof. I don't care how great a recruiter a coach is, you can't force kids to come to BYU, especially with the honor code in today's society. Rarely are we going to be in the upper echelon of college sports. Look forward to those times, but realize the deck is stacked against us. Expecting a special coach to come in and lead BYU to the sports promised land is just not realistic.
