There is always a plan in place, but BYU is more sensitive POLITICALLY than other programs. However, it is critical this year that BYU expedite its selection because recruits can now sign in December.

This year teams can add another assistant and I think BYU should take advantage of the new rule by ADDING an assistant OC.  One in the BOX and one on the field.  One OC should have a background in OFFENSIVE line/RB coaching and the other in QUARTERBACK/receiver coaching so the two OC complement each others talents.
