not the play calling, but the teaching/training/prep between games. IMO, that takes time and hands on experience, which Ty bless his heart, didn't have as a coach. There is something to be said about paying your dues, and working your way up, and I don't consider his NFL experience the same as coming up through the coaching ranks.
