He is tied for #322, but in 30 degree weather and the first outdoor meet of the season to run under 11.00 is legit.  If you are questioning his ability or resume do a little more checking.  I will let you do this as I do not want to spoil your fun.  Just a couple of nuggets for you...last year he was tied for #36 of all Sophmores in the Nation.  Second, look at what he accomplished prior to his high school years.
